Frequently Asked Questions

What is this curb strap?

It's a stainless steel dog chain curb strap with adjustable string ties.
How many links does it have?

It has 7 chain links. More links put the curb a little lower and looser in the chin groove, while fewer links sit higher and engage a bit sooner. Pick the length that fits your bit and your horse.
How do I adjust it?

Use the string ties to set the length for a secure fit.
Will it rust?

No. The hardware is stainless steel, so it won't rust from sweat, rain or washing.
Is there a shorter option?

Yes, a 5-link version is also available.
